Symposium: Creativity from an embodied & situated view

Most previous research on creativity fits the traditional psychological trait approach. However, recent findings suggest that cognitive processes and actions result from these processes are to be regarded as situated and embodied. With this one-day small-scale symposium we are aiming at exploring creativity from a situated-embodied perspective from different fields of research and, as a result, strengthen our understanding of creativity. This symposium is a collaboration of the United Platform of Creativity in Education (UPCE) and the Webster Center for Creativity and Innovation (WCCI).

Fee: There is no fee to attend the symposium
